can not help to do和doing的區(qū)別：can not help to do的意思是“不能幫助做某事”，can not help doing的意思是“禁不住做某事”。
一、can not help to do
can not help to do是不能幫助做某事。例如：
1.I can’t help to do it. 我不能幫忙做這事。
2.He couldn’t help to wash the clothes. 我不能幫忙洗衣服。
二、can not help doing
can not help doing是禁不住做某事，情不自禁做某事。例如：
1.She couldn’t help smiling. 她禁不住笑了起來。
2.She couldn’t help envying Helen. 她不由得不妒忌海倫。
3.We cannot help being impressed by their zeal. 我們不由得不被他們的熱情感動(dòng)。
英語(yǔ)有時(shí)還可說can not help sb doing sth不能使某人不做某事。例如：
I couldn’t help him saying that. 我不能讓他不這樣說。
We couldn’t help them seeing us. 我們無(wú)法讓他們不看到我們。
